Members of the Chair hold classes at the Integrated Undergraduate and Graduate University Study of Law, the Postgraduate Specialist Study in Law of European Integrations, the Postgraduate Specialist Study in Corporate Finance Law, Postgraduate Doctoral Study Programme in the field of Social Sciences, the subject of Law, and the Undergraduate Professional Study Programme in Administrative Studies.
 
Also, members of the Chair are engaged in scientific and highly qualified work by participating in national scientific and professional projects, organising scientific and professional consulting, as well as presenting at international and national scientific and professional conferences and meetings. In addition to organising and preparing classes for the courses conducted by the Chair, its members are actively contributing to the development of science with the publications of their scientific and professional papers.

Certainly, it should be noted that the members of the Chair are actively involved in the work of groups involved in drafting and monitoring the implementation of legal texts, professional associations and other organisations at the local (regional), national, and international level whereby they are contributing to the continuous improvement of their competences, popularisation of science, and finding possible solutions for the current social and legal questions from the field of commercial law and company law.
