The lecture, titled \u201c<strong>Artificial Intelligence in the Judiciary<\/strong>\u201d is held in English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The lecture will explore the use of artificial intelligence tools in the judiciary, with a particular focus on their use by constitutional courts. These tools offer significant potential for more efficient case management and legal research. However, there are also risks that must be anticipated and managed to avoid problems associated with using AI in decision-making. The lecture will draw on the experience of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovenia, which has developed its own in-house AI tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Kogov\u0161ek \u0160alamon earned her undergraduate and doctoral degrees from the Faculty of Law at the University of Ljubljana and also holds an LL.M. from the University of Notre Dame School of Law in the United States. She teaches law at the University of Primorska in Koper, Slovenia.
