It collaborates extensively with legal professionals, domestically and internationally, and offers legal opinions. The Institute was the initiator of the prestigious &#8220;Petar Simonetti (Ownership \u2013 Obligations \u2013 Procedure)&#8221; conference, and the members of the Institute have been actively involved in its organization for the past three decades, alongside other Institutes and Departments of the Faculty. Its core objectives include conducting scientific research, which involves monitoring and analyzing new legal regulations, fostering connections with judicial practice, disseminating research outcomes through publications and conference presentations, and integrating findings into educational programs.
