the personal data of individuals (data subjects) in accordance with the applicable regulations governing the protection of personal data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Faculty of Law in Rijeka processes personal data only where there is a clearly established legal basis for doing so, namely a legal obligation, the data subject\u2019s consent, or where such processing is necessary for the performance of its activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Categories of Personal Data Collected by the Faculty of Law in Rijeka<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Personal data of employees;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Records of employees\u2019 working hours;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal data of natural persons who are legal representatives of companies, sole proprietors, or independent professionals with whom the Faculty has a contractual relationship;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal data of persons referred to in Article 45 (external associates) and Articles 51\u201355 of the Statute of the Faculty of Law in Rijeka (students);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal data of applicants participating in recruitment procedures for employment, whether through public competitions, advertisements, or public calls.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Recipients of Personal Data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Faculty of Law in Rijeka will disclose personal data to other recipients only where required by law or upon a justified request from an authorized public authority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rights of Data Subjects<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depending on the purpose of the processing, data subjects have the following rights in accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The right of access to personal data;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The right to rectification of personal data;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The right to erasure of personal data that do not need to be permanently retained, in accordance with applicable legal grounds;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The right to restriction of processing, in accordance with applicable legal grounds;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Personal Data Protection Contact<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Requests, complaints, or inquiries relating to the processing and
