Curia gives access, primarily, to the documents of the Institution (principally the judgments, Opinions, orders and notices in the Official Journal of the European Union), by means of a text search or a data search. The database of court decisions and this search engine were created to enhance the transparency and accessibility of court decisions to both the professional and general public. The database contains all court decisions that have been manually anonymized and previously published in the SupraNova system. In accordance with the Regulation on the Method of Anonymization, Publication, and Search of Anonymized Court Decisions, which has been in effect since January 1, 2025, the majority of court decisions of all Croatian courts are processed and published through a (semi-)automated anonymization procedure. The database of court decisions and this search engine were created to enhance the transparency and accessibility of court decisions to both the professional and general public. The database contains all court decisions that have been manually anonymized and previously published in the SupraNova system. In accordance with the Regulation on the Method of Anonymization, Publication, and Search of Anonymized Court Decisions, which has been in effect since January 1, 2025, the majority of court decisions of all Croatian courts are processed and published through a (semi-)automated anonymization procedure.
