Department of Administrative Law

Department members actively contribute to research concerning matters of public interest aimed at safeguarding the rights of individuals and the community as a whole. They pay particular attention to diverse forms of administrative adjudication, judicial oversight, and administrative legal relations pertaining to public property issues. Furthermore, they address contemporary issues related to public administration tasks and their outcomes, with a specific focus on the education and professional development of public servants. Additionally, they explore the impact of European integration and European law on administrative reforms within the Republic of Croatia.
