Since 2012, the Faculty of Law in Rijeka has been organizing a traditional event, in the form of a conference sometimes accompanied by a seminar or summer school, dedicated to the EU and sports law, which over the years has also covered the areas of sports policy and sports diplomacy. This traditional event is called the Rijeka Days of Sports Law, Policies and Diplomacy, regularly under the patronage of the Ministry of the Republic of Croatia responsible for sports and other important sports stakeholders such as the Croatian Olympic Committee, the Croatian Football Federation, etc.
