Our Faculty is firmly committed to advancing and expanding the full spectrum of legal literature, both scientific and professional. In order to promote scientific excellence and international recognition, we provide support to our faculty members in publishing scientific and professional works, including textbooks, monographs, edited collections, book chapters, and articles. Recognizing the crucial role of student participation in scientific endeavors, our Faculty strongly encourages their active involvement in research. This goal has been achieved through the publication of conference proceedings co-authored by students and faculty members, as well as individual papers published in various journals.
Over the past twenty years, our Faculty has dedicated considerable attention to publishing activities, with a particular focus on the needs of our students, the academic community, and the legal profession. The Faculty’s publications exceed a respectable number of 130 titles in Croatian, English, and Italian, including more than 50 scientific monographs, over 40 textbooks, and approximately 20 commentaries on legislation and procedures. The Faculty also publishes dictionaries and bibliographies. Since 1980, the Faculty has published 45 volumes, including 87 issues of journals.
