The theme of the seventh edition of the now traditional international scientific conference Rijeka Tax Law Day is “Cross-border Administrative Tax Procedures under Tax Treaties, European Union Law and Domestic Law.” The main part of the program, held in English, features presentations by distinguished international and domestic speakers from academia and tax law practice, including Prof. Pasquale Pistone, Assoc. Prof. Nevia Čičin-Šain, Prof. Katerina Perrou, Prof. Polonca Kovač, and Vladimir Batarelo.
At the end of the event, a highly engaging workshop in Croatian will be held on the topic of exchange of information in tax matters, led by the Assistant Director of the Tax Administration, Dalibor Legac, and Assistant Professor Irena Klemenčić.
