We are pleased to announce a public lecture jointly organized by our Alumni Club and the Croatian Legal Society Rijeka titled “Limits of Permissible Retroactivity in Administrative Law: Theoretical Frameworks and Practical Application”. The lecture will be delivered by Dr. Paula Šamanić Matijević, Assistant at the Chair of Administrative Law, Faculty of Law in Rijeka.
The lecture will take place on 12 May 2026, starting at 17:30 h, at the premises of the Croatian Bar Association Rijeka, Jedrarska 5/II.
