On Monday, 25 May 2026, Professor Juan Carlos Boragina from the University of Buenos Aires and Universidad Abierta Interamericana once again visited our Faculty and delivered a very interesting lecture as part of the Rijeka Lectures in Comparative Law. The lecture was followed by a highly engaging discussion, which encouraged a comparative legal analysis of parental liability for damage caused by their minor children in Argentinian, Italian, and Croatian law. Professor Boragina first visited our Faculty in 2008, when a successful scientific collaboration with the Chair of Family Law was initiated, and this collaboration has continued successfully over the years. We believe that Professor Boragina will continue to be a welcome guest at our Faculty in the future. Until then, we are pleased to share a few moments from this year’s atmosphere.
