New Issue of The Collected Papers

A new issue of the #pravri journal, The Collected Papers of the Faculty of Law of the University of RIjeka, is now available. Its pages cover a gamut of interesting issues, from the liability of the state for violating EU law to the choice of method of legal interpretation. The new issue therefore illustrates the breadth of scholarly work promoted by the Faculty of Law in Rijeka. As all our previous issues, it is available in open access.
