In the period from 17 to 22 September 2026 our Faculty has hosted Prof. Dr. Maciej Serowianec, Dean of the Faculty of Law and Administration, Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun. During his stay, Prof. dr. Serowianec held several meetings with the Dean of the Faculty of Law in Rijeka, Prof. dr. Dario Đerđa, and other members of the teaching staff of our faculty, for the purpose of exchanging ideas and discussing new possibilities for cooperation.
A special moment of the visit was the signing of the Cooperation Agreement between the Faculty of Law of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń and the Faculty of Law in Rijeka. The agreement represents a continuation of a long-standing cooperation and confirms a joint commitment to further strengthening academic and institutional ties.
On behalf of the Faculty of Law in Rijeka, Prof. Đerđa presented Prof, Serowaniec with a certificate of appreciation for his contribution to the development of the partnership between our Faculties. In turn, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Faculty of Law in Rijeka, Prof. Serowaniec presented Prof. Đerđa with a special recognition for their successful cooperation to date.
