The contributions of Department members encompass two key domains within constitutional law scholarship: the structure of government and fundamental rights. They conduct thorough examinations of the function and significance of constitutional adjudication in modern democracies and actively participate in discussions regarding transnational judicial dialogue and the interaction between national and supranational judicial bodies. Additionally, they delve into the legal dimensions of civil society and its functioning in Croatia, along with addressing sensitive topics such as discrimination, freedom of religion, and freedom of expression, which constitute significant aspects of the Department’s scholarly endeavors.
