Institute of Mediation

The Institute was established to engage in educational, scientific, and highly specialized activities, as well as to bridge the gap between science and practice in the field of alternative dispute resolution, namely mediation and arbitration. Its activities include collaboration with institutions involved in alternative dispute resolution, participation in international conferences, seminars, and roundtable discussions on arbitration, publication of scientific and professional papers related to arbitration and mediation, as well as involvement in mediation and arbitration proceedings. Furthermore, the Institute serves as a hub for fostering interdisciplinary dialogue and knowledge exchange among legal scholars, practitioners, and policymakers in the realm of alternative dispute resolution. Through its initiatives, the Institute seeks to advance understanding, promote best practices, and contribute to the development of innovative approaches to conflict resolution.
