The Faculty of Law in Rijeka is one of only about twenty Croatian faculties—and the only law faculty—that has been participating in a pilot study within the e-Sveučilišta (e-Universities) since 2023, and since 2024 also in pilot activities and the development of a model of the digital maturity system of higher education in Croatia.
During 2024, investments were made at the Faculty in equipment for the creation and production of audio and video content, as well as related services (applications, licenses, and support tools), financed through the project.
Work is currently underway to improve the Faculty’s network infrastructure. This will ensure advanced network management with a security component, as well as the ability to use advanced network services with guaranteed capacity and connection stability.
Through these investments in infrastructure and equipment, as well as in cybersecurity, key prerequisites will be established for the continuation of the digital transformation of our higher education institution, positioning it as a leader—especially among law faculties in Croatia.
