🌍 Between 14 and 23 October, our Faculty had the pleasure of hosting Ms. Ava Borrasso, an American attorney and expert in international commercial arbitration.
🎓 During her stay, Ms. Borrasso delivered two blocks of lectures within the course International Commercial Law, attended by incoming Erasmus students — with special thanks to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mihaela Braut Filipović for her coordination.
⚖️ She also introduced key aspects of arbitration as an alternative dispute resolution mechanism to our doctoral students, within the PhD colloquium Cross-Section Study of Dynamics in Dispute Resolution.
