On 25 May 2026, from 9:00 to 15:00, a scientific and professional conference titled “Croatian Football and Sports Diplomacy” will be held at the Faculty of Law in Rijeka, in the Blue Hall.
The conference is organized by the Centre for Sports Law, Sports Policy and Sports Diplomacy at the Faculty of Law in Rijeka. It is dedicated to current issues concerning the relationship between sport, law, and international relations, with a particular focus on the role of football in the context of sports diplomacy. The aim of the conference is to bring together experts in sports law, sports policy, and practice in order to encourage discussion on contemporary challenges and development trends in Croatian and international sport.
