We are pleased to invite you to the latest lecture in the series Rijeka Lectures in Comparative Law.
On Monday, 25 May 2026, starting at 1:00 p.m., Prof. Juan Carlos Boragina / Universidad de Buenos Aires and Universidad Abierta Interamericana / will give a lecture on parental liability for damage caused by minor children.
In the spirit of all previous Rijeka Lectures in Comparative Law, this lecture will also contribute, through a comparative law approach, to a better understanding of the similarities and differences between domestic and foreign legal systems. The lecture will be held in Italian in a hybrid format, with the possibility of attending in person at the Faculty, in the Faculty Council Room, or online.
