New number of the e-journal  Sports Law, Policy & Diplomacy Journal published

In the first week of September 2026, a new issue of the e-journal Sports Law, Policy & Diplomacy Journal was published. 

In vol. 4, no. 1, a total of 5 papers of the following authors and titles have been published: 

  • Silvija Mitevska & Marko Begović: SPORTS, GENDER, AND DIPLOMACY IN SOCIALIST YUGOSLAVIA;
  • Tsjalle van der Burg: THE FAILURE OF THE CJEU AND THE COMMISSION TO SUPPORT FOOTBALL CONSUMERS, AND THE NEED FOR A EUROPEAN SPORTS ACT;
  • Tomaš Gabriš & Jozef Greguš: DISPUTE RESOLUTION IN ESPORTS: IN SEARCH OF A SUPREME COURT FOR ESPORTS;
  • Albert Tan Sin Hon: CONSTRAINT WITHOUT SUCCESSION: EXTERNAL LEGAL REVIEW AND RETAINED REGULATORY AUTHORITY IN INTERNATIONAL SPORT;
  • Celia Marcen & Dominic Malcolm: THE CONTRADICTIONS OF GENDER EQUALITY IN ERASMUS+ SPORT: TOWARDS POLICY CONVERGENCE.

This e-journal is published by our Faculty, through the Institute of Sports Law, Sports Policies and Sports Diplomacy in the platinum open access. The Journal is indexed in:
