On the final day of the Science Festival, April 25, 2026, the Faculty of Law in Rijeka presented its recognisable PRAVRI mock courtroom activity titled “Plastic Justice” for younger audiences at the Children’s House from 10:00 to 13:00. The activity was led by Prof. Dr. Ivana Kunda, joined by collaborators Assoc. Prof. Dr. Danijela Vrbljanac, Luka Nalis, and Ivan Babić, as well as student S. Glamočić.
The PRAVRI mock courtroom program “Plastic Justice” featured a simulation of a court trial in which child participants, acting as jurors, took on different roles and discussed current social and environmental issues, developing critical thinking and an understanding of the purpose and role of legal norms. Children continually surprise us with their sincerity, imagination, and ability to view complex issues in a simple yet deeply meaningful way.
